The Sweet Suite Life
Hey all! Its me I'm back!
Thank you too all the new subscribers! I appreciate y'all being here and well you now being subscribed! Ha! But no seriously thank you! Stick around and you will be rewarded with even more goodies!!
Now back to why we are all here! This review is over The Suite Life by Melanie Summers. I received this ARC from NetGalley and even though I am a little late to the party as this was published early this month. I am so beyond happy I read this book!
This story is about Leo who is heir to a mass fortune but ends up being disinherited by his father unless he can prove he can be a responsible adult for 6 months. And a single mom named Brianna who is literally just trying to raise her daughter, work a full time job and go to law school.... as well as help her younger sister get married. No biggie right. So these two worlds collide when Leo comes to work at Brianna's hotel and she agrees to rent out her shed that she has turned into a garden suite to him.
This book was so freaking adorable guys. Leo is so lovable and funny but he also is pushed by Brianna to want to better himself and do right by her and Isabelle (Brianna's daughter), who is four and just an absolute hoot and a half. But not only does Brianna help Leo... Leo obviously helps her realize she holds herself (and others) to an extremely high standard. And that it doesn't hurt to just coast for a bit and life slow down.
I seriously enjoyed this book. Now its a pretty easy review because this book was extremely well written and the slow burn was so excellent that I could feel the tension from the moment their two characters met. Summers does an amazing job of creating a natural chemistry that doesn't feel over the top or forced. Overall everything about this read fit together so perfectly. You can tell that the author took the time to really create something flawless and well constructed. Not only that but you see both characters' arc which are so effortless and smooth. I was blown away but this read and would highly suggest it to anyone who loves a good friends to lovers story. I gave this book five stars because it was just so well constructed!
These pages take me places and I can't wait to see where it goes next!
All my love!
